FAQ

How do I place an order?

You may reach out to us via email or social media (Instagram & Facebook) to place an order. If you have a business logo that you wish to have engraved, please email us with a PNG or JPEG version of the image. We will let you know if it is approved to be engraved.

If you would like a name or simple design engraved we will provide you with font options and can discuss the details about coming up with a design that you are completely satisfied with.

We always send proofs prior to engraving.

Once the design/logo has been approved and the customer is satisfied with the design, the following must be completed before we begin to engrave:

  1. Customer form must be completed

  2. Payment must be received by ButterCup Co. (via e-transfer or cheque)

 
What is ButterCup Co.'s shipping policy?

Order Processing
Please give us 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placing your order. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders of larger quantities may require more time to complete. An approximate timeframe to completion will be given when your order is placed.

Shipping

We require you to send us your full address in order to provide you with the shipping fees. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped any issues or delays must be addressed with the shipper. We will attempt to assist you as best we can. We do not guarantee shipping times. Delivery delays are simply out of our hands.

Local Pick-Up
We have local pick-up in west London, ON (Byron). As soon as your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an email with specific instructions for pick up. We request that orders are picked up within three days of receiving the email.

How does ButterCup Co. accept payment?

We accept payment via e-transfer or cheque. Cash is accepted at market events only.

 

Can ButterCup Co. engrave my pre-owned YETI?

Yes we can! We can engrave your pre-owned YETI as long as it is a powder coated YETI (non-stainless steel). ButterCup Co. is not responsible for any pre-existing damages, scratches, discolourations, etc. of your pre-owned YETI.

What is ButterCup Co.'s refund policy?

All custom orders purchased from ButterCup Co. are final sale. We are unable to accept returns of items that are custom engraved. To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order, we always send proofs to our customers prior to engraving.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
